Car sat from Saturday to Monday. AAA, couldn't find anyone to make a key. Monday, I called pop a lock they came out. Expensive 225 for a non button key but they made it. We called another co, they came out but wasn't able to make the key he made work. Said he needed a part & would take 4 days.

So the online invoice receipt was a total of $59.95 with a 15-30 min arrival window. I get a phone call from the tech and he was saying that he received he invoice and that the online platform program was wrong that the cost was $89.99 and it wold take 30-50 mins arrival time. And of course I had to agree bc I had to get into my car But talk about false advertisement and rip off after weight in 35 minutes for him to arrive it only took him about four minutes and he had my lock unlocked so 8999 for four minutes isn't too bad for him

Worst service ever. The man had no clue what he was doing. Tried for over a hour and then left me outside at 4 am and had no remorse for not being able to help. I do not recommend this key service, plus the cost is very expensive for no experience

The good is that they were incredibly fast and the guy had my car opened in approx 20 seconds The bad is - They are a bit expensive. $80.00 for something that took 20 seconds. I would have waited for AAA but I had a 3 year old with me and it was getting late.

Locked myself out of my vehicle while in a hurry to get somewhere. So immediately I was thinking hours of a delay. But then 15 minutes Pop-A-Lock was on site and had me in my car in 2 minutes and on my way. Excellent service (Way beyond what I thought was possible) truly appreciate this
