While visiting the Charleston area, I somehow managed to lock my key fob in the truck of my Camero. Two locksmiths didn't even show up, but 30 mins after contacting East Cooper Lock and Safe Chuck was there. He took care of the problem, and had me on the road. THANKS CHUCK! First class service!

Larry and his staff at East Cooper Lock and Safe are not only friendly and courteous, but always there when you need them. They have come to mine and my families rescue more than once. And always at such a reasonable rate! So reasonable, I try to pay more, but he never will let me! Highly highly recommend!

Poor service, poor responsiveness, not professional. Over 3 weeks have passed since they visited and looked at our lock repair/replacement needs and they haven't returned. Calls to their office over a week ago resulted in nobody responding or updating after being told they would call back. Today they say we need to email a quote for approval and cannot provide ETA for service. Do business elsewhere, this company doesn't understand customer service and just doesn't care.

Sometimes you gotta go where people know what they are doing. I went to a couple places to make duplicate keys. One place stated that they could make "Any" key. Well, just not the key I needed. The home improvement store didn't have anyone to make a key and referred me to the ATM key machine. Don't bother. I remembered my wife used East Cooper to make chip keys and Fobs. They did a great job. East Cooper lock knows what they are doing.
I was out the door in two minutes, keys in hand. They were courteous and professional. They have a great selection of door hardware and other things I didn't think they would have. I'll go there first next time.

I recently had problems replacing the upper and lower locks to the man door in my garage. When I finally realized that I needed a professional, I contacted East Cooper Lock and Safe as I was very pleased with them when they changed the locks in my house seven years ago. Jeremy came out and explained where I had erred. He was professional, very upbeat, efficient and reasonably priced. It's so nice to do business with someone who truly enjoys doing his job.
