We had a problem with our front door lock just a few days after moving in to our new home. It was a lock unlike I'd ever seen or experienced before.not your typical Home Depot brand lock. Greg knew from my description that it was a very expensive to replace mortise lock. He thought it might need to have a new cartridge ($300-$400) and an undetermined amout of time to get parts. He came out and determined that he could repair it on the spot and replacement was not necessary. $125 for the house call and labor was more than fair. We are happy customers.

Great service! We had them do installation and re-keying to match multiple locks, super nice staff! If they copy a key, it is a perfect copy that works, unlike keys made at the large chain stores.
