Locked myself out of my apartment and they were on the scene within 15min and the locksmith was very courteous and polite and respectful. Only had to deal with a locksmith 3 times in life and this was by far the best experience I've had with one.

Really great service. It was not only quick but also high quality and cost effective. It took them 2mins to create the key. It was hard to differentiate the copy from the original. I would highly recommend l. They also have variety of locks and other security products.

I always go there to get duplicate keys made. I used to get them done at hardware stores, but a couple of times the duplicate didn't work. That never happens when I go to Mangione's.

Called to discuss a lock on my front door that was "sticky" and almost freezing in cold weather. Thought I was going to be scheduling a service call, but was given a couple of tips to try first. And THAT is why I would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I have a key that they don't have keys 4, so they did 1 & if it didn't work. I was 2 bring the lock with me & original key. He said then he'd make it right. I didn't have 2 the copy worked perfect. I don't use anyone but Mangione. I have yet 3 return 2 them bc the key didn't work. It's works always the 1st time.
