Outrageous. Was quoted $35 to open an unlocked door that was jammed shut. The locksmith came and opened it in less than 2 minutes, and we were charged $155. Absolutely shameful. This company is a scam.

Sure Lock & Key fixed my broken automotive key fob and made a new key + fob assembly for me while I waited. Everything looks and functions exactly like the OEM parts but at 1/4 of the cost of the stealership. Call Sure Lock & Key before you go anywhere else - they are great!

Called after getting an outrageous quote to replace the thumb turn for my business door. Not only did the agent on the phone know exactly what I needed right away from my rough description, they quoted me both parts and labor up front. Tom was professional and fast, fixing everything before I could even meet with him as I was on the phone with an important vendor. The "competitive" quote I got elsewhere of $550 was blown away by the $115 I paid here. I would and will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great service! Every place I called was a mobile service and it wasn't an emergency for me so I don't need someone to come to me. This is the only brick and mortar that I found that could make a copy of key for my 05 Jeep. Will refer to others who don't want a mobile service

Had a great experience today with Russ. I was locked out of my garage and had lost the only key. Russ took the extra time and patiently picked the Schlage door lock avoiding having to drill the lock. All with a great smile and laugh. Many thanks!
