After 3 month delay, delay after delay after delay, I was called that boat was ready. After a 3 month wait, work promised was NOT completed as well as much of the work was not completed at all. Really not good business service. Was lied to over and over delay after delay and was told, to take boat and go. Then they could not find the keys and told me they dont want my winter storage? As well as closed Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday and had to rush to drop boat in the water on Friday afternoon.? Marina closed 4 days during season with NO notice. After 3.months and NOT to have work agreed completed?

Five STARS! Had our Cape Dory 30MK II hauled, sanded and bottom painted by the guys at Decklemans recently. I am so glad we found this yard/shop. Best pricing on the Bay and very friendly and helpful staff. From my first conversation with Shelly, to schedule the work and straight thru to Keith helping me find a hull zinc so I wouldn't have to run back to West Marine before re-launch - the staff is top notch! In short, I highly recommend Decklemans to anyone needing work on their boat.

Deckelman's Boat Yard is a nightmare. They did not accomplish promised work, and was to launch our boat a month late, but it is STILL NOT IN THE WATER. People who do not do what is promised, are no good to me.

We very much liked the kind folks at Deckelman's Boat Yard. Our boat is a sailboat, and pushing the boundary on the depth available there (we try to come and go around high tide!). But the friendly helpful people make us want to return each year for the annual haul-out (we leave our vessel in the water year round).
