I am extremely happy with Precision Locksmith! Nicole was more helpful and informative on the phone than any other locksmith I spoke with in the area (and I called about 8). They communicated with me every step of the way, and the work I needed was done professionally and on time. Thank you so much!

Gentlemen was nice enough. Work was done fast however I just had 3 keys duplicated and I get home and none of them worked! The apprehensiveness in the person who helped me was obvious. I'm somehow knew the keys wouldn't work. Would not recommend.

Locked my keys in my car with it running when I got to work, so I had to have a coworker bring me his store key. It was stressful to say the least. Precision Locksmith quoted around noon until someone could get to me, as I work around 10 miles south of them. To my surprise I had someone here around 10. Much cheaper than all the other places I called. Highly satisfied with their service.

I too am having difficulties getting anyone to respond after my initial call and email request for service. I emailed Nicole younge at her request and never heard back. I followed up twice with SAM, both times via phone. one excuse was "we get 40 emails a day" HA! I wish i only got 40 emails in a day. The 2nd call he put me on hold for at least 3 cycles until I hung up. My request was for install of 2 latch guards.
