I am a local Realtor and locks and keys are my business. I had an issue with a property and needed a locksmith ASAP and Duman's was able to come out within a few hours to get me back up and running. I will definitely use their services again.

I hired Duman Lock and Key to replace the locks in the home I just purchased with very expensive Multi lock deadbolts. The locksmith drilled new holes into the door frame to insert the metal frame and box for the deadbolt. It has been difficult to get the deadbolt to slide into the door frame, and now it will not slide in at all. I am unable to lock my door. It is evening, and I can not secure the door for the night.
I called Duman Lock and Key twice, and they do not respond. Their price was very high for the locks and installation, and now they will not respond to fix the problem that they caused. I am not able to be safe in my own home tonight because I can not secure my door. I do not recommend using this company because they did not do the job right, and now will not send someone to fix the problem.

Happy to have been in Bob's capable hands. As a 30 year veteran of both the Cleveland Police Department's SWAT team and the armed forces, Bob is courteous, professional and trustworthy. It was an honor to have the man who opens safes for the FBI help us get into ours.
