Excellent discovery when for some reason my factory car remote on my Chrysler 300 had stopped functioning. I called the dealer and did not like what they said. On a whim I called the Key Shop though I was not thinking of a locksmith for my car. But, great idea. It was close by, and the owner was very responsive. He immediately knew what was wrong with the old key (RKE it's called, remote keyless entry) and helped reprogram it. I had a second occurrence within the warranty period and he kindly fixed it gratis. Fingers crossed, no problems since, and now I have an options should similar things happen in other cars.

He is awesome. We were at lake we lost our keys. We called him he came and did an awesome job in a short time. Great service

Found The Key Shop on Yelp we lost both sets of our vehicle keys. Rick was prompt and courteous. Price was fair compared to other locksmiths.

Ricky is a kind compassionate soul and he really helped me out. Its nice when you meet someone who really believes in customer service and then he looks you straight in the eye and says thank you! I recommend him to everyone! You will be glad you called him!

Thanks for doing an excellent job on my motorcycle key! I was able to get that stubborn lock open on the saddle bag. Thanks for having the best prices and getting it done so quick. Will refer for sure! P.S. I got both bikes to run after charging the battery!

Rick was very good. He arrived within 30 minutes after I called him on a Saturday since we lost our keys. He is very professional and was able to open the lock and rekey the lock within minutes. I highly recommend him!

Quick, responsive, and efficient service. Competitive pricing. Hassle free experience. As a landlord, I could have him go to my property and take care of the issue without me having to move a finger (making my tenant happy and in turn helping me!) Keep up the great work!

Rick did a great job. Quoted a reasonable price and stuck too it. I had my key break in half and it was lodged in the keyhole. He got it out and made a new key for me with no extra charge! He came in about an hour after I called him. Great job and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I called the key shop to help me with my problem, Rick answered and told me it was no problem for him to open the lock I had. He arrived at the time he said he would or maybe even earlier and had it open in a minute. I am happy with the service he provided and glad to spread the word.

I had a very last minute request for a Sheriff lockout and called Rick was on it! He showed up on time and got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend his services!

I needed to get a pair of keys made for a friend of mine who has a roof rack on his car. Called the key shop and explained my situation and they were able to go out to my friends work, look at his roof rack and make a set of keys for him all in just an hour. Super quick and easy working with this company. It could not have gone any smoother! Thank You!

Key Shop was excellent - super fast, best quote/price I found, 100% professional and overall excellent service and quality. Really positive experience!

Rick re keyed 8 of my doors. He arrived at my house quickly in less than 40 minutes to San Lorenzo. He gave me a price quote on the phone and he was the most reasonable and fair price from other shops. Excellent service. Give him a call you wont be disappointed

I just move into a new condo and was calling around to what seemed like local locksmiths for a price quote to rekey my locks. A lot of these companies that I called it seemed like I was talking to a dispatcher that couldn't give me an honest answer to my question. How much? I then called The Key Shop and talked to Rick, who was the one that answered the phone and he gave me a written quote through an email.

Very Cool! Upon arrival, Rick walked around with me so I could show him the locks and we actually found one more than what I originality told him. He told me not to worry and that he would still only charge me what he quoted. Rick was very professional and I would highly recommend them.

I called The Key Shop last week to have a few different jobs done that I had been puting off for a while. Rick was profesional and gave me a very fair estimates up front. He did not try and upsell me or come up with a bunch of mystery charges half way thorugh the job. More imporatantly, the service was prompt and professionally done and I would recomend them highly!

Called them up to have our whole house re-keyed. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Rick explained the technicalities very well and even gave us tips to "secure" our home. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Looked up a locksmith for a rekeying of all the doors to our house. Came across Rick while researching online and he responded quickly with a very reasonable price quote. We were able to schedule a lock re-keying the very next day. He arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled appointment time, and greeted with a handshake and polite personality. I was able to have seven locks rekeyed (two more were last minute additions) and have three sets of keys made. Rick's entire workshop is in his van so this made the job fast, efficient, and complete. Rick also answered additional questions which were very helpful and informative. I highly recommend The Key Shop. Thank you.
