I found this company on Google and called them for help; they sent the technician, who doesn't have a compatible key fob; I charged 450.00 pre-payment, and he promised to get me the next day. But call him he switched off the phone and did not answer my calls. I called the company about the issues they didn't help at all. This company took my money without any services. I don't recommend this company to anyone. This is a Scam company.

This address is a scam too. Was driving to a few different Locksmiths addresses from Google tonight and all of them are either somebodys houses or somebody's businesses. Just lost my evening. I called the number and asked what is their true address in Sacramento area because I need to make a car key. The lady asked my phone number and said that their worker will call me back. Nobody called me and I called them again.
The lady answered that the gay will call me back. Yes, in a few hours a locksmith worker called me. I asked what is their Sacramento true address to make a key. He said that I have to give him my home address and he will come to my house and will make a key for me. That is just disgusting. Totally scam.

Technician damaged my doors after using air compressor. Wrote a report with dispatch and he told me a supervisor will call me in the morning. When I didn't receive a call I called them asking for a supervisor and they said they did not have anything on the incident and that the supervisor is not available or it's impossible to talk to them. May need to get police involved and report to California Bureau of Security and investigation Service. Still no word from supervisor!

Was told at 11:45am I would have service in ABOUT an hour. FOUR hours later I talked to the tech AGAIN! Who had told me two and a half hours earlier he was hung up on a job. No courtesy call! Then when I called over four hours after first contact the tech could not or would not give me a time to expect him and in the background I heard what I thought to be a family and I asked him if he was home having dinner and he said no I'm on a family call. WHAT!
He passed up on a $285 ten minute job and F----d me off. I read several reviews before calling this service. My guess is the reviews were from friends and family. Again the sage advice of "BUYER BE WARE"!

Great service! Thank you Sean! I cannot thank you enough. I just locked my keys in my car after an especially rough day, and Sean called me back quickly & gave me the rundown of what to expect and came out fast. No surprises. I wasn't expecting that kind of service this time of night. Everyone was so kind and helpful when they didn't have to be. It was really appreciated. Thank you.

These people are life savers! I was locked out of my car on Sunday morning, and I called in hoping that they would be able to come right away. They came within reasonable time, dressed properly and gave me a good price. He even helped me by giving me some ideas on how to avoid this problem in the future. My tech had a great attitude for an early Sunday morning!
