I would not do business with this company ever again. They advertise an "affordable price", but their charges are twice the average at ~$340 with tax for four re-keys: 2 d.k and 2 d.b and two keys. In this line of business it seems exploitative to hide your costs until they are on site. Furthermore, he charges a 3.5% cc fee unless you leave him a review.while he waits. I did not agree to this strong arm strategy and ultimately he waived the cc fee. Point is, ask up front for costs and look elsewhere unless you're in a dire pinch.
