Wow. Just wow. Polite, efficient, and experienced. They handled a difficult, 100 year old door lock for me. They were able fit me in on the same day I called, diagnosed the issue(s), and repaired the piece. I was fully expecting to be told that the lock was too far gone and that we would have replace it (which would difficult in itself since it isn't manufactured anymore and was designed to match the other metal parts on the front door). Instead, it was fixed in a matter of hours.

Yesterday we were at my brother in law's home on Greenwood. He has had a stroke and hasn't been there for quite sometime and we were there to see what needed to be done.
