Had keys copied. They always do a great job. Asked them about a safe, but guy said he was headed out the door. Nobody else knew anything. Otherwise a good experience.

Cannot say enough good about experience with Security Lock and Key! Filled out their contact form late one night, got a call first thing next morning. Had a technician here by late morning, 2 problem cylinders put back in good working order, and entire commercial building assessment done to come up with a plan to rekey the facility in the future. David was excellent to work with, as was Andi by phone. I have full confidence in having Security Lock and Key handle our locks systems going forward! Wish I'd contacted them long ago, rather than losing time dealing with an unresponsive competitor.

Needed a last minute update to all my exterior doors. Called and had a next day appointment first thing in the morning. David showed up and I could not be happier with his business etiquette and ability to answer all my questions. David did an amazing job adding smart locks and door locks on three doors. The work he did was very professional and he left the place looking better than it did when he arrived.

Very good lock shop. They handle simple household sets to complex patented systems. I've had fast service, sometimes the same day. The owners and employees are some of the nicest people you could meet. They run a great shop and put the customer first.
