The folks at Bob's are very prompt, professional and fast. Emily was on time and replaced the locks at our home really quick. She also fixed a door that was hard to shut. Price was the best service was above and beyond. I definitely recommend Bob's lock and safe.

I called for an estimate, I specifically told them I'm just getting a price. After they gave me the outrageous price I told them that I'll call back if I'm interested. They now have been calling me all day saying that I have to honor the fees and pay them $85.
