Giving 5 starts as they ended a huge ordeal of a simple task of making copies of keys. I kept getting bad keys from home depot after 4 trips, so I tried these folks out. Metro Lock made the keys in a jiff and all of them perfect. I however need comment that the associate I spoke with was very reluctant to talk to me about the situation until I called back, said the keys worked, and I wanted to thank them.
This is a sign that any customer questions\complaints might also be "reluctantly" reviewed. I won't dock stars as they completed what they needed and it appeared they would honor refund requests if it was discussed.

Service tech tried quoting over $100s more then what was quoted by the company. When I called him on it, he refused to finish the work and left the house unlocked and unattended. The tech was extremely rude. Terrible customer service.

I have a personal combination sentry safe that I used for years all of a sudden I couldn't get it open. After looking on line I found this company I call and explain to Ray my problem and he said bring it in. He had it open in just a few minutes it seem as though a weight was lifted off my shoulder. I asked him what is the cost for this and he said no charge? Ray was very professional and helpful I totally recommend this company to people who need their problem solved.
