Called to have some locks changed and they never showed up. I was in contact with someone to prep them with what I had and said they wanted to come prepared but never came to assess or fix what I needed. Disappointed had to call someone else.

This is my go to spot when I need to make needs for spare keys for my business. Most places will try to up charge if you want to make copies of commercial keys, not RBM. These guys are always reasonably priced and are friendly and efficient. I'm usually in and out in 10 minutes or less. If you're local and need locksmith service, I definitely recommend the folks at RBM Locksmith.

Super professional, very timely and right on the money with budget. I took a bids from 5 companies online and they were the quickest to respond and tied for the lowest on bid. It was an easy choice. RBM Lock and Key Service gets the job done.
