Steve came out very quickly to fix a front door that was no longer latching. He fixed the door, the price was reasonable, the service was excellent. I found nothing nefarious about Steven's business practices, his work, or his demeanor. He seems like a no nonsense guy that fixes doors. Which he did. Quickly. And competently. Steve has installed or re-keyed locks for us ever since the '80s in two different homes. And once he added a new threshold going into our back door. We had some prior leakage so he tweaked it and added a metal strip to the door, as well. We've been very pleased with his competent work.

Great service. Quick response. Steve had us in our house in a matter of minutes. If you need locksmith help call him.! We locked ourselves out of our home late last night. We called a few 24 hour services for help but none would respond or come to our aid. This morning I called A-1 and Steve answered quickly and was there to help us within 30 min. Great service for us.
