Best prices anywhere near Santa Cruz. The key for my cars cargo rack broke in the lock. They fixed it for way less then everyone else. Less than half the price of the nearest lowest quote in the area.

George and one of his colleagues helped me figure out how to remove an older Emtek locking doorknob. George took the time to work from photos I took and one doorknob to find the correct schematics and coach me through the removal. Then, with all the parts in front of his colleague they sold me the correct replacement part for $13.50 vs. a service call and new doorknob that would have been about $165.00.
This is not the first time these folks have helped me achieve the best solution, even though it turns out to be less revenue for them. I have also made bigger purchases with them and because of all this, I trust them implicitly and will be back. Thanks!
